Nearly 300 women benefited from the XX Women and Leadership Congress, organized by the Women Entrepreneurs Committee of the Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador (Camarasal).

The event aimed to provide tools and knowledge for the business and professional development of women and foster a space for networking and experiences, promoting women's leadership.

"It fills me with great pride to know that we were pioneers in putting all these issues on the table and now we see that they are benefiting different generations of women entrepreneurs, leaders and workers. And in this work, I want to thank the excellent work of the Women Entrepreneurs Committee and the entire Camarasal team", said Leticia Escobar, president of Camarasal.

The conferences were given by salvadoran speakers Alejandro Ayalá, Jessica Lemus, Óscar Castillo Chedraui and Dina Mancía, who gave the talks "Con las faldas bien puestas", "Mindset managment para empresas", "IA en negocios: pequeños pasos, grandes impactos" and "¿Cómo vivir como una mujer aceleradora de negocios liderando desde la grandeza?".

The closing of this emblematic activity was the participation of the international speaker Glenda Umaña, CNN en Espanol's anchorwoman, journalist, and international speaker with more than 26 years of career on the screen, who gave the lecture “El poder de la autenticidad”.

During this activity, mention was also made of the work and contribution to the country's economy of businesswoman Gladys Hernández de Flores, founder and owner of Flores de Guatemala S.A. de C.V., a member of the association since 1998 and who was elected as Outstanding Woman of 2024.
