The innovative corporate office center, "Colabora" building, has started operations with an investment of US$7 million and with the promise of being a place where everyone will feel proud to go to work.

Following the concept of the sharing economy applied in their previous ventures, the founders of the remote work company, Uassist.ME and Point office buildings and their residential project LIVE, are debuting with a business center designed for innovative entrepreneurs.

Colabora is a building with spaces that provide comfort, security and support, allowing companies to realize their full potential while creating new business connections.

The building has more than 7,000 m2 of construction, which consists of 3 floors of offices, 3 floors of parking, 3 commercial spaces and 120 parking spaces. Colabora has a security system, personal access, technology, cafeteria area, common reception, co-working areas and meeting rooms.

It currently has different types of tenants such as law offices, logistics, consumer and technology companies, as well as Uassist.ME, while on the second floor there are commercial premises to provide services to the area and other tenants of the building such as Kebabs and the 4 Monkeys café.

According to Alfredo Atanacio, co-founder of the Grupo Colabora, the business center is designed for companies that share the vision of collaboration and harmony among the community, in addition, the doors are open to various areas such as technology, logistics, lawyers, distributors, finance, among others.

Since the beginning of operations to date, 90% of its spaces have been sold and 4 office spaces are available; the total of the conglomerate of companies in the innovative Colabora building generates around 400 jobs.

The Colabora corporate office center is the group's largest project to date and one of the most innovative, without leaving aside the co-working concept.

This building has an investment of more than 7 million dollars, making it the largest project of the businessmen. From the sales of the Colabora building, 20% of the profits have been donated to the Fundación Colabora, and this has served as seed capital for the beginning of the foundation's operations.
