EY presents the keys to keys during the launch of the EY DesignStudio for Latin America North

The EY DesignStudio aims to help organizations reimagine, design and launch new experiences to the market, innovating their products and services.

EY, a leading firm in consulting, strategy and transaction, audit and tax professional services, introduced the EY DesignStudio for Northern Latin America, a specialized team of professionals that brings together different disciplines, including consumer and user research, strategy and experience design and innovation, to help organizations define their innovation agenda and reimagine their value proposition.

Moreover, EY's global research on consumer behaviors details how people expect an activist and responsible attitude from companies about their products, services and experiences: 84% of consumers say sustainability is important when making purchasing decisions, 86% evaluate the amount of packaging when buying a product, and 62% are willing to share their personal data for healthier product recommendations.

In addition, 55% of consumers believe they should push companies and organizations to have better social and environmental outcomes, 73% believe brands have a responsibility to have a positive impact on the world, and 80% believe brands should be transparent about the environmental impact they have in the production of their products.
