President of BANDESAL holds important meeting with the President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay

This afternoon, the President of BANDESAL, Juan Pablo Durán Escobar, within the framework of the Official Mission to Uruguay, had the honor of holding a working meeting with the President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Luis Lacalle Pou, in a courtesy visit, in which they discussed different topics regarding the government's economic management.

The President shared with President Lacalle Pou, the effectiveness of the Fideicomiso para la Recuperación Económica de las Empresas Salvadoreñas (FIREMPRESA) and the positive transformation of BANDESAL, as a strategic ally in the revitalization of the salvadoran economy.

President Lacalle also welcomed the possibility of promoting mechanisms to increase trade and tourism exchange between Uruguay and El Salvador, something that will be of great benefit to both economies.

It was a very cordial and empathetic meeting, which ended with a cordial greeting from President Luis Lacalle to our President of the Republic, Nayib Bukele.
