CRECER seeks to enhance the capabilities of young people through its platform "Talento Sí Hay"

We live in a time of unprecedented change and young people need to be increasingly resilient and able to face obstacles, uncertainty and a new disruptive reality. For this reason, CRECER presented its Talento Sí Hay platform, university cycle, to the community of representatives and students of higher education institutions in the country.

The Talento Sí Hay program consists of a platform that CRECER makes available to all young salvadorans and seeks to enhance their capabilities, with the aim of supporting students with knowledge in different areas and provide a guide to help them prepare comprehensively in different aspects of their lives, which contribute to their personal and professional development.

As a way to inspire students, CRECER presented, during the launching to young people, the conference called: "Youth without limits" with Teti Gomez, commercial pilot, flight instructor and aerospace engineer who has participated in research projects sponsored by NASA, which provided young people with tools and knowledge to develop critical thinking.

The conference with the outstanding salvadoran was held virtually, and students and professors from several universities in the country were invited.

"In Crecer we are sure that in every young person there are great capabilities, that is why through Talento Sí Hay we support them to reach their full potential. Therefore, the importance of strengthening our relationship with the university community, so that they can be our allies and benefit more young people to strengthen different parts of themselves and allow them to achieve that great future they dream of", said Ingrid Rodas, customer and brand manager CRECER.

The TSH platform has more than 48 thousand visits from may 2021 to date.

For the representatives of the higher educational institutions, they recognized the importance of the Talento si Hay platform in the educational process of future professionals and showed their willingness to work hand in hand with CRECER to continue helping young people to be formed in a comprehensive manner.

A friendly platform to grow

The program began in 2021, with the objective of providing knowledge that contributes to the professional training of young people, complementary to their studies; through online training courses provides different areas of knowledge, the topics are related to leadership, design, digital marketing, good use of time, personal wellness, among others.

Talento Sí Hay has sections such as “Learning” and “Networking”, the first deals with financial education, skills development and pension savings system; the second option offers internship and volunteer opportunities.

In addition, it has a section of tools that provide advice on leadership, emotions, stress management, among others, with the help of "coaches" who develop these topics.
