Today the Comisión Ejecutiva Hidroeléctrica del Río Lempa (CEL), met with the Asociaciones Cooperativas that are users of fluctuating lands in the area of Relocations 2 and 3 in Chalatenango.

They updated data of the users and coordinated the actions that will be carried out together during 2023.
