Banco Atlantida held the largest event in Central America on digital strategy for business

Banco Atlantida in alliance with Dive, in addition to a group of co-sponsoring companies; opened the doors in El Salvador to a space for updating and interaction with prominent Latin American professional speakers, who developed topics of interest in marketing and digital positioning, which guide companies to maximize their investments and move to the next level.

This initiative is part of the actions that Grupo Atlántida, headquartered in Honduras, develops in the countries where it operates, with the aim of continuing to promote digitization and business productivity throughout the Central American region.

In line with this proposal, Carlos Turcios Executive President of Banco Atlántida El Salvador emphasized: "We are supporting this effort because we know that it drives digital innovation in the business sector with knowledge or "insights" capable of generating more profitable, efficient and productive business models; since we recognize this sector as the main axis of economic development and generator of employment in our country; in turn, we know that this platform will also transfer new ideas and digital trends to all young people interested in this area who are currently being trained and who will exercise at a time, a key role in the working world in our society. With this initiative, we confirm once again our commitment as part of Grupo Financiero Atlántida, to support those actions that have a positive impact and facilitate the transfer of certified information that not only empower a project, but also invite to transcend to the next level".

"Think Digital Today" was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in 2016 and since then, Banco Atlántida parent company, is part of this proposal that nurtures the culture of innovation that promotes locally and in its regional subsidiaries.

In El Salvador, the event was held last january 25 at the Hotel Real Intercontinental in a face-to-face format, which was attended by expert speakers such as: Monica Chaves, publicist master in e-commerce and digital business; Luis Amon, digital transformation expert with 25 years of experience; Adrian Segovia, founder of Asegnor Consulting company specializing in media consulting and training; Miri Rodriguez, senior storyteller of Future of Work at Microsoft; Diana Zallaquet, expert in coaching, digital media and TED talk speaker; Guillaume Pollock, entrepreneur of international trajectory with more than 5 years of international experience in the technology sector.

For this event, Banco Atlántida promoted on its social networks a participation dynamic for the raffle of tickets to the event, in which interested people had to express their desire to attend and react to the call post on LinkedIn; and on Instagram, responding to the call storie, which lasted 24 hours and was active during the participation period. The winners attending the event were announced on january 23.
