The current champion Santa Tecla F.C. versus C.D. Águila were in charge of the inauguration of this tournament to which SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO provides an integral sponsorship with which it seeks to continue strengthening the performance of our national youth team, in addition to promoting spaces for healthy recreation; so funds are provided for the purchase of vitamin supplements, sports equipment, payment of refreshments and transportation of players, as it recognizes that these young people are a hotbed of talent for national soccer.

The tournament will be played with the participation of approximately 325 youngsters from the 12 clubs of the First Division, in a total of 22 rounds (round-robin) in one-against-all matches. Each team will score points in the standings to be placed in the qualifying zone that goes from 1st to 8th place.

These types of activities allow the preparation of players to be more complete to develop their skills in the sport", said Oscar Ruano, Business manager of FEDECRÉDITO.

The participating teams are; C.D. FAS, A.D. Isidro Metapán, 11 Deportivo F.C., Alianza F.C., Santa Tecla F.C., A.D. Chalatenango, C.D. Atlético Marte, C.D. Águila, C.D. Dragón, C.D. Luis Ángel Firpo, Jocoro F.C. and C.D. Platense.

With these actions SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO reaffirms its interest to support young salvadorans and seeks to be a window of opportunity for them, who are the future of our country.
