More than 130 businesswomen graduated from the Componente Activar, which is part of the "WE3A Project: Strengthening Women Entrepreneurs in Productive Chains", implemented by the Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador (Camarasal) and Voces Vitales in the country. It is a project co-financed by IDB Lab, the innovation and entrepreneurial capital arm of the Inter-American Development Bank Group, and the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative (We-Fi).

Camarasal and Voces Vitales held the Pitch Competition, in which 10 women business leaders and participants of the We3A program presented their growth plan before specialized jurors, who awarded five of them with consultancies in e-commerce, merchandising and branding.

Voces Vitales El Salvador celebrated the XI edition of its annual congress Crecemujer. This event is the meeting of women corporate leaders and entrepreneurs where knowledge and innovation are promoted, practical tools are provided and successful experiences are shared to break paradigms and challenges. 

Aware that violence against women is a complex and systemic problem that affects the whole society, from Uber in alliance with Efecto Boomerang and Voces Vitales, expert organizations on issues of equity and gender violence, a program with informative content was created for all those driver partners registered in the Uber app in El Salvador, who voluntarily want to learn about the issue and get a badge in the application.
