According to the daily report of food prices of the basic food basket issued by the Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería (MAG) there has been an increase in the prices of several products of the basic food basket between february and march 2024.

 

According to the Banco Central de Reserva (BCR), several food products have increased their prices, so the costs of the basic food basket have been affected in february 2024, so the salvadoran population is acquiring food at higher prices.

Through social networks The Comisión Ejecutiva Portuaria Autónoma (CEPA), gave the results of the first quarter of 2024, regarding the flow of passengers at the International Airport of El Salvador which has had an increase of 40% compared to last year.
