Participating housing projects will offer their proposals ranging from US$82,400 to US$343,500. These projects are located in Carretera al puerto de La Libertad, Carretera de Oro, San Juan Opico, Colonia Útila in Santa Tecla, Antiguo Cuscatlán and the main neighborhoods in San Salvador, such as Colonia La Mascota, San Benito, Escalón, San Francisco, Juan Pablo II, San Jacinto, Colonia Dolores, 75 ave. Norte and Avenida Olímpica, among others.

"In CASALCO we are very pleased to promote the purchase of housing and apartments, because we contribute to the national economy and social development through the purchase made by each family", said the President of the guild, Mr. Luis Dada and concluded: "We invite you to visit the Feria de Vivienda Challenge where you can learn about the different projects available and purchase your home in 2021".

The Feria de Vivienda Challenge will be held in compliance with current biosecurity standards and protocols at the Central Plaza of the Multiplaza Shopping Center. The fair will begin on friday, october 15 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and will end on saturday, october 16 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The proposals available during the event are 178 homes and 660 apartments, in 19 participating projects. The participating developers are: 3 Torres, Grupo Roble, Alpha Inmobiliaria, Inversiones Bolivar, Inverdisa, Conica, Urbánica and Inmuebles.

The housing projects where visitors will be able to fulfill the mission of obtaining their house or apartment will be able to choose from the following: Paseo del Prado, Casas del Arbol, Casa 159, Tre Lum, Las Pérgolas, Eliseos, Vistas del Cerro Apartamentos, Las Puertas Villa Urbana, Vía del Carmen Residencial, Trib Apartamentos, Tribeca, Residencial Opico Gardens, Casa Salamanca, Torre Puerta del Alma II, Condominio 71, Condominio 105, Condominio Panamericana, Condominio Cumbres and The Flats.

Likewise, in order to purchase their house or apartment, visitors will have the support of 6 financial institutions that will offer their financing options with preferential rates during the event, in addition to having the option of financing with the Fondo Social para la Vivienda. Among the financial institutions that will participate are: Banco Cuscatlán, Banco Davivienda, Banco Agrícola, Banco Industrial, Banco Promérica and La Hipotecaria.

For CASALCO, the Feria de Vivienda Challenge is the ideal space to achieve the mission of buying a house or apartment in 2021, and every year it carries out this type of activity as part of the contributions made by the guild to reduce the housing deficit in the country.
