Jackeline Pereira, one of the graduates of the class of 2022, arrives early for her first day at work. She arrives with her boots on and from her backpack she takes out a helmet, glasses, gloves and her power tools. The curious glances of her colleagues do not stop her, on the contrary, they bring a smile to her face and so, satisfied with what she has achieved, she begins work on a new electrical installation.

"There are many people, colleagues and clients who see me working. Maybe they think that because I am a woman I can't make it, but fighting to overcome the challenges that are put in front of us is the key to succeed in life. I am sure that I am capable of much more", says Jackeline.
