Coffee is relevant because it provides social, economic and environmental support", affirmed minister Enrique Parada.

"We want to seek equitable profitability in coffee for associations, producers, roasters, intermediaries and sellers, to achieve true sustainability and build the new stage of the coffee industry", said Vice President Felix Ulloa.

As part of the agenda, activities such as a demonstration of coffee methods, a latte art competition, a folkloric dance presentation, a conversation with the winners of the Cup of Excellence 2022 contest and various presentations were held. "A better future is predicted, since the government's vision is to continue supporting salvadoran coffee growing", said the director of the CSC.
