During the last few years, CONFIA has focused on improving the experience of its pensioner members and clients through constant innovation and leadership in the industry and currently has an AA- risk rating by Fitch Ratings.

One of its main objectives is to multiply the pension savings of its members, which is achieved through investments made by the Pension Funds, which generate profitability and increase their money in a sustained manner, making possible, in the future, decent pensions for its members at the end of their working life.

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program, AFP CONFIA continues to contribute through the Sabios & Expertos program, which helps salvadoran MSMEs through ad honorem business advice from retired national and international experts.

To date, this program has achieved around 600 missions, more than 200 retired CONFIA experts, more than $20 million in sales generated by the companies advised and more than 1,500 new jobs.

CONFIA EN TUS DESCUENTOS offers, through strategic alliances with leading brands, exclusive discounts in restaurants, pharmacies, movie theaters, cafes, hospitals, laboratories and other prestigious establishments upon presentation of the CONFIA ID card.

CONFIA EN TU FORMACIÓN GERENCIAL is a superior training program developed by INCAE Business School, free of charge for its affiliates. It provides virtual workshops aimed at improving your work potential, as well as developing managerial skills and attitudes.

CONFIA EN EL TEATRO offers its affiliates a space to enjoy art and culture, providing free theater plays, both virtual and in-person, in alliance with the Teatro Luis Poma.

CONFIA EN TU FORMACIÓN FINANCIERA is an educational space that contributes to the family economy of its members, providing tools for the proper management of their finances. It offers free online workshops given by the consultant FISHERMAN.

VIVE CONFIA is a program exclusively for its pensioners, who learn about family economy from their homes, learn how to cultivate home gardens and participate in reading clubs and cooking workshops. Registration for the online sessions is free.

Voluntary Pension Savings Fund Proyecta 5Plus: it is a voluntary savings plan that generates profitability and added value and also allows making savings profitable through investments in international and local markets.

Proyecta Life Voluntary Pension Savings Fund: is designed for people with medium and long term investment horizons, whose objective is to obtain competitive returns with respect to other traditional financial instruments, with a conservative risk profile, through a set of fixed income investment tools with low volatility.
