The Observatory of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) of the Fundación Salvadoreña de Apoyo Integral (FUSAI) has recently initiated research to examine the impact of tourism on MSEs, as well as the opportunities, challenges, and support needs that this sector demands.

The President of the Republic, Nayib Bukele announced that they have decided to extend the period of stay in El Salvador from 90 to 180 days for all tourists visiting the country starting this year.
