The members of the legislative board agreed to incorporate US$1,232,964,000 to the Special Budget of the Especial del Ente Nacional de Transmisión Eléctrica (ENTE), so that the entity can start its operations.

Parliamentarians approved an opinion to amend the Budget Law 2023, to incorporate the Special Budget of the Dirección Nacional de Compras Públicas, in the amount of US$7,297,024, so that said institution may have the corresponding budget credit to start its institutional operation.
