Today, the heads of the Vice Ministry of Transportation and the Ministry of Public Works, Romeo Herrera, informed about the reforms made to numeral 4 of article 176 of the General Regulation of Traffic and Road Safety, with the purpose of clearing the roads immediately after a traffic accident.

The deputies of the Municipal Affairs Committee approved a favorable opinion to make 45 amendments to the General Tax Law, with the purpose of improving tax collection in the 262 municipalities of the country. This money will subsequently be invested in works that will benefit the population.

The president of Banco de Desarrollo de El Salvador (BANDESAL), Juan Pablo Durán, informed that next week will be submitted the reform for the subsidy to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as part of the support before the increase in the minimum wage for 12 months.

With the approval of the reform of Legislative Decrees 608 and 804, which were approved by the last Assembly, the Government is able to manage the funds for the complementary budget for this year's fiscal year, which will be used to attend the health crisis caused by Covid-19 and the reactivation of the country's economy.
