CONAMYPE finalized the delivery of $600,000 for self-employed workers affected by the Mercado San Miguelito fire

The Government of El Salvador, through the Comisión Nacional de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa (CONAMYPE), delivered funds to support self-employed vendors affected by the Mercado San Miguelito fire.

This last disbursement will benefit more than 80 self-employed business owners of the Mercado San Miguelito , and will also support their employees. With this disbursement, a total of $600,000.00 has been disbursed to benefit more than 530 business owners and more than 500 employees affected by the fire.

As CONAMYPE we are committed to accompany the MSEs so that they can reactivate their commercial activities, with the purpose of providing them with the support they need. This contribution from the Central Government to self-employed workers is of utmost importance, since they have commitments with financial institutions, and we also provide them with advice from our legal department for future sanctions against them.
