The Instituto Administrador de los Beneficios de los Veteranos y Excombatientes (INABVE) delivered loans totaling US$78,760.68 as part of its support programs. This initiative is designed to help salvadorans who have served the country, giving them the opportunity to improve their quality of life through direct access to financing without intermediaries.
Amounts delivered
The loans were distributed in amounts ranging from US$1,000 to US$8,000, allowing beneficiaries to allocate the funds to different needs, such as consumption, housing and productivity. During the event, the importance of investing these resources effectively was emphasized. “Today they obtain a benefit directly, without intermediaries. We hope that they know how to invest that money”, said a representative of INABVE.
This action not only represents financial support, but also a tool for the economic reactivation of veterans and ex-combatants, who often face challenges in accessing traditional credits. The possibility of making flexible payments with low interest allows them to manage their finances in a more accessible and sustainable way, thus facilitating their reintegration and well-being.
To date, INABVE has delivered more than US$4 million in credits during 2024, benefiting 2,276 people throughout the country. In a recent delivery in San Miguel, it was highlighted that between 300 and 400 people were favored, reflecting the institute’s commitment to this population. “We have helped more than 2,000 people with the credit program”, said the representative.
With this initiative, INABVE is not only promoting the personal development of the beneficiaries, but also contributing to the economic and social stability of the country. By offering financial solutions tailored to the needs of veterans, the institute promotes inclusion and well-being, reaffirming its mission of supporting those who have served the nation.
