Fundación Ayúdame a Vivir: hope and comprehensive support for children with cancer
With more than 20 years of experience, the Fundación Ayúdame a Vivir has established itself as a pillar in the fight against pediatric cancer, providing free and comprehensive treatment to thousands of children in El Salvador. Each year approximately 200 new cases of pediatric cancer are diagnosed in the country, and the foundation attends 100% of these cases. Thanks to the Rifa Únete, it ensures the continuity of treatments, which can exceed $15,000 per patient and extend up to 8 years.
“Year after year, at Pollo Campero we join the Fundación Ayúdame a Vivir to contribute funds that save lives. The tickets purchased and donations made are a reflection of our people’s spirit of solidarity. That is why the Unite Raffle is a true manifestation of the generosity and commitment of the salvadoran people to the children facing this difficult battle”, said Eduardo Ramos, Operations Director of Pollo Campero El Salvador.
As always, the fundraising will enable the children and their families to receive not only medication, but also free comprehensive treatment including psychological support, food, transportation, medicine, supportive therapies, education and parenting support. This help is essential to improve the quality of life for the little warriors and their families, giving them renewed hope and a chance for a better future.
“The Rifa Únete reflects the power of the country’s empathy, solidarity and commitment in the fight against pediatric cancer. This donation, which allows us to support with free comprehensive treatment, becomes a ray of hope for children and their families. We thank, once again, all salvadorans and Pollo Campero for their unwavering support”, concluded Leonor Guirola de Llach, president of Fundación Ayúdame a Vivir.
