As part of its commitment to developing diverse and transformative leadership, Claro El Salvador is joining the XXI Congreso Mujer y Liderazgo, organized by the Cámara de Comercio e Industria de El Salvador (CAMARASAL). This initiative promotes the participation of women in decision-making roles, fostering a business culture based on equity, inclusion, and real opportunities for all.

“At Claro El Salvador, we are convinced that female leadership not only generates value within organizations, but also transforms teams, businesses, and communities. We are proud to have women leading many of our leadership positions, management positions, and even technical areas, which reflects our commitment to professional development without barriers or stereotypes”, said Carla Díaz, Commercial manager of Mass Markets at Claro El Salvador.
Currently, Claro has a significant female representation in core areas of its operations, demonstrating the company’s commitment to women’s professional development and their inclusion in strategic roles.
Participation in the Women and Leadership Conference is also part of a series of actions promoted by Claro El Salvador to foster an equitable organizational culture. The company has developed internal policies that promote equal opportunities, respect, work-life balance, and the eradication of all forms of discrimination.
“These types of spaces allow us to share best practices, learn from other experiences, and, above all, continue building a more open, diverse, and inclusive corporate culture. At Claro, we believe that talent has no gender, and we work every day to ensure that everyone can develop and contribute their best”, concluded Carla Díaz.
The event, which has established itself in recent years as one of the leading platforms for highlighting and strengthening female leadership in business, will bring together dozens of female leaders, representatives from various productive sectors, international organizations, and other key stakeholders in 2025.
