The SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO announced its support for coaches and technical directors of teams in the First, Second, and Third Divisions of Salvadoran soccer, through methodological training sessions provided by the Fundación Real Oviedo de España, as part of its sponsorship of the Copa SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO.
Óscar Ruano, FEDECRÉDITO’s business manager, stated: “Today, the SISTEMA FEDECRÉDITO is announcing the support it will provide to coaches and technical directors of teams in the First, Second, and Third Divisions of salvadoran soccer, through methodological training sessions provided by the Fundación Real Oviedo de España”.
The training sessions will be led by César Martín Villar, director of the Fundación Real Oviedo de España, along with his technical team. The sessions will take place from november 11 to 14 in San Salvador and San Miguel.
The goal of these training sessions is to provide participants with direct and practical experience of the working model used by the century-old Spanish League club, renowned for its focus on developing young talent and its comprehensive development structure.
The sessions will be a space for learning, exchange, and technical strengthening, where salvadoran coaches can gain firsthand knowledge of training and sports management methodologies applied in European football. These methodologies will allow them to strengthen teams in the First, Second, and Third Divisions of Salvadoran football. The training topics will focus on how to structure a professional club’s youth academy, methodological planning at different stages, and the development of a playing style.
