The minister of Labor, Rolando Castro, announced a new round of “Lunes de Empleo”, an initiative that seeks to facilitate the integration of salvadorans into the labor market throughout the country through a network of 14 departmental offices equipped to receive those seeking job opportunities.

Castro highlighted that this strategy has transformed the lives of thousands of people by bringing them real job opportunities. “Thank God we are transforming lives. A job builds comprehensive development in a family”, said the official.

The “Lunes de Empleo” program has become a key tool for connecting workers with companies, reducing search times, and providing support during the selection process.
The authorities called on those who are looking for a job to visit any of the Ministry of Labor offices in the country’s 14 departments to receive guidance and apply for different available positions.
