The Ministry of Finance announced the extension of the deadline to register for the 1st Call of the Human Capital Training Program 2025, from january 23rd to january 30th, 2025. This change aims to allow more young salvadorans to be part of this initiative aimed at strengthening their knowledge and skills in key areas related to public administration.
The program is designed for active students from accredited universities in careers such as Public Accounting, Economics, Law, Engineering, among others. Participants will have the opportunity to carry out professional internships in various departments of the Ministry, with a focus on topics such as fiscal policy, auditing, public budgeting and administration of state resources.
As part of the benefit, those selected will receive a monthly stipend of US$365 as a scholarship. In addition, upon successful completion of the program in december 2025, they will receive a diploma certifying their participation and training.
To apply, applicants must comply with the established requirements, including the presentation of documents such as transcripts and letters of graduation, and must not have previously participated in this program. The application form must be sent to capital.humano@mh.gob.sv before the deadline.
The Ministry of Finance highlights the importance of this initiative to strengthen the country’s human capital with a medium-term perspective, promoting values such as integrity, proactivity and responsibility in future professionals. The list of selected candidates will be published on the Ministry’s official website, where more information on the process will be available.
