The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare reaffirms its commitment to employment generation in El Salvador through the “Employment Mondays” program, an initiative that connects talent with companies in the country. Every beginning of the week, the institution makes available hundreds of vacancies for salvadorans looking for job opportunities.

Minister Rolando Castro highlighted that this program is developed in coordination with various companies, facilitating labor intermediation and providing concrete answers to those in need of employment. Through this strategy, many Salvadorans have been placed in different productive sectors.
Those interested can approach any of the 14 departmental offices of the Ministry of Labor, where they will receive free advice on job opportunities, resume creation and preparation for interviews. In addition, information on vacancies is available on the digital platforms of the institution.

“Employment Mondays” not only offers vacancies, but also seeks to strengthen the skills of applicants to improve their competitiveness in the labor market. With this type of initiatives, the Government continues to promote programs that change lives and promote the economic stability of salvadoran families.

To learn more about the opportunities available, the Ministry of Labor invites the population to follow its digital platforms and be attentive to the next calls for applications. Access to employment remains a priority for the development of the country and the welfare of its citizens.
