
The Asociación Salvadoreña de Industriales (ASI), will hold the tenth edition of its Women’s Leadership Forum, entitled “Woman in Business” to continue promoting the role of women in the business and industrial world.
This forum provides a space for discussing various topics, offering the opportunity to continue sharing quality information for women’s development in professional, business, and industrial contexts that impact the lives and economy of El Salvador.
In its tenth edition, the Women’s Leadership Forum incorporates the “Woman in Business” theme, highlighting the role that women play or could play in the various companies where they work.
These topics will be explored in diverse formats, such as forums, keynote addresses, and workshops designed to provide value to attendees. These sessions will be run by experts in different fields.
Some of the content featured at the 2026 Women’s Leadership Forum includes: the business conference “Breaking Barriers, Building Businesses: Real Lessons from a Woman Who Chose to Lead”, presented by Lisa Guadalupe Clarke, Founder and CEO of ATL Search Group/Aventis Services/Latinas Rise.
Another forum will be “Purpose-Driven Finance: Strategic Tools for Women Who Make Decisions in Business and in Their Lives”, featuring Ana Cristina López, City Country Officer and Banking Head, City of El Salvador; Ana Cristina Arango, Vice President of Corporate and Government Banking, Banco Agrícola; Andrea Landaverde, Credit Director, Banco Industrial El Salvador; and Martha Bolaños, Director of Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability, BAC Credomatic El Salvador.
Additionally, there will be empowerment events and recognition, such as the Woman Impact Award, which is given in recognition of effort and merit in the business and industrial sectors.
And finally, the 2026 Women’s Leadership Forum will culminate with the Expo Woman, Glam, and Power Show, a fashion show featuring brands led by women and national designers.
With these events, the Asociación Salvadoreña de Industriales (ASI), continues working to create spaces for the personal and professional growth of all sectors of industry and businesses, through quality information, workshops, and the voices of experts who contribute to the improved development of El Salvador’s productive sector.
