Banco Promerica El Salvador was inducted into the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Hall of Fame 2025, a special recognition given to organizations that have achieved certification as one of the Best Workplaces in Central America and the Caribbean for five consecutive years. This milestone positions the bank as a leading employer in the region, reaffirming its commitment to fostering an organizational culture based on trust, equity, well-being, and the continuous development of its people.

The award was presented during the GPTW regional gala held in Costa Rica, which was attended by organizations leading the transformation of the world of work in the region. Representing Banco Promerica were María del Carmen Argueta de Reyes, Director of Human Resources and Talent, and Florence Preza de Giammattei, Head of Training and Development.
This new recognition builds on the certification the bank obtained in december 2024, when it was once again named one of the Best Places to Work in Central America and the Caribbean 2024-2025, thanks to an evaluation based on employee perceptions and its human talent management practices. Currently, 8 out of 10 employees consider Banco Promerica an excellent place to work, highlighting its work environment, professional growth opportunities, and exclusive benefits.
