Soyapango has reached a new milestone in its urban transformation process with the launch of the Condominio Renacer, a US$30 million residential project that reinforces the dynamism of the construction sector and the municipality’s economic recovery.
Developed by Calidad Inmobiliaria, the project includes the construction of two towers of 17 and 18 stories, making it one of the most significant real estate investments in the area in recent years. This project is part of the 37.3% growth recorded in the construction sector, one of the sectors that has most driven national economic activity.
