Crecer, a leading savings, pensions, and investment company, reaffirms its commitment to generate spaces for dialogue and learning with its clients and strategic allies. Through face-to-face and virtual meetings, the company fosters the connection between companies, experts, and the community in general to enhance the professional and personal growth of its clients.
From the business field to the academic sector, Crecer has consolidated a training agenda that allows its clients to access key knowledge for their development. Ingrid Rodas, Crecer’s client and brand manager, highlighted: “We not only focus on providing financial solutions, but also on generating spaces where people and companies can update their knowledge, network, develop new skills and strengthen their capabilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is another way in which we are present in the lives of our members, being close to them and giving them tools to generate greater degrees of well-being in their lives”.

This year, Crecer resumed training spaces for companies with the launch of the Management Training Program, held on february 27 with the talk “From calling meetings to convening relevant conversations,” given by Rodrigo Romero García, a Colombian expert in the design and facilitation of conversations. This event was attended by more than 150 companies and affiliates, who delved into new strategies to improve communication and get the most out of their meetings, generating relevant conversations for decision-making within their organizations.
Likewise, Crecer strengthens its relationship with the educational sector through the Collaboration Opportunities Breakfasts, a program designed to bring knowledge to the university community and facilitate their integration into the labor market. In alliance with prestigious academic institutions in different areas of the country, these meetings seek to generate synergies that allow young people to access practical tools and job opportunities.

To date, Crecer’s training spaces have impacted more than 12,000 people, addressing key topics such as motivation, financial education, digital skills, and professional development. “We will continue to expand our training offer to accompany our clients at every stage of their lives. Whether through meetings with experts, alliances with universities or digital initiatives, at Crecer we are committed to knowledge as a driver of opportunities”, concluded Rodas.

Crecer’s commitment to employability is also reflected in its Crecer con Empleo platform, a job board that connects companies with qualified talent, facilitating access to new job opportunities and contributing to the professional growth of thousands of people.
For more information about the different training spaces, Crecer invites its clients to follow its official networks on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as @AFPCrecer, and to visit its online platforms Crecer con Empleo and TalentUp.
