Crecer, a leader in savings and investment, has launched the free course “Connected: technology as part of your life”, designed for people over 50, with the aim of reducing the digital divide and improving their access to digital platforms that make their lives easier through applications that allow them to monitor their health, carry out various procedures such as those related to their pension, strengthen their cybersecurity, among others.
The course, developed in conjunction with professors from the School of Communication Sciences of the University Dr. José Matías Delgado, has 5 modules that cover a variety of practical topics that allow participants over 50 years old to access essential digital services and take advantage of these resources. To date, more than 2 thousand people have participated in the modules, available live and recorded.

Module 5: Promoting health through digital resources
The course is now available online and can be accessed permanently through Crecer’s website: www.crecer.com.sv/web/curso-conectados. This is part of the Pensioners’ Club program, which seeks to improve the quality of life of pensioners and offer them a pleasant environment in which they can develop their creativity through different activities such as table tennis classes, free concerts, informative talks on preventive health, visual health workshops, wheelchair donations, among others.
