The Office of the First Lady of El Salvador, headed by Gabriela de Bukele, awarded the Family Friendly seal to Coffee & Playhouse today, as part of a strategy aimed at strengthening family tourism in El Salvador.
With this award, the establishment becomes the second private sector company to receive this recognition, which distinguishes spaces that offer suitable conditions for the enjoyment of the entire family, including children, parents, and companions.

The initiative seeks to encourage more businesses to adapt their facilities, services, and activities with an inclusive and safe approach, promoting environments that include recreational areas, events, and experiences designed for audiences of different ages.
According to the Office, the Family Friendly seal is part of a comprehensive vision that aims to position the country as an attractive destination for family tourism, both nationally and internationally, by creating an offer that meets the needs of this segment.

Likewise, the aim is to strengthen a culture of childcare within the private sector, promoting standards that guarantee adequate, accessible, and safe spaces.
With these types of actions, the government seeks to coordinate efforts with private companies to boost tourism and create experiences that contribute to the well-being of Salvadoran families and visitors.
