A. M. Inversiones Bolívar announces the official delivery of AVITAT LIFT, its latest housing development located in Colonia Escalón, reaffirming its commitment to social and environmental sustainability and modern design that helps build purposeful communities.

AVITAT LIFT represents a new way of inhabiting the city. Its design has been conceived under criteria that prioritize the well-being of its users and respect for the environment, aligned with the HAUS Rating standards, which certifies documented compliance with sustainability criteria and good design and construction practices.
The building blends harmoniously into its urban surroundings through cross ventilation, natural lighting, and a strategic orientation that reduces direct sunlight exposure and improves thermal comfort. It also incorporates a photovoltaic system capable of supplying up to 50% of the electricity consumption in common areas, LED lighting with sensors, and a system for reusing water generated by the air conditioners to irrigate the gardens.
During the construction process, Inversiones Bolívar implemented responsible practices, such as selecting environmentally certified materials, training staff in sustainability and safety, and implementing differentiated waste recycling management. The result: a building that exceeded regulatory requirements, allocating 32.9% of the land to green spaces and permeable areas.
LIFT promotes community life through amenities such as the Mindstation coworking space, a community library, a fully equipped gym, the Growing Garden, the Sunshine View panoramic space, bike parking, a meeting space, a pool, recycling stations, and a rooftop garden. All amenities were designed to foster meaningful connections between residents.
This project reflects the company’s vision: to promote urban development that combines design, innovation, and sustainability. The company announces a $600 million investment over the next five years, focused on the development of multiple strategic projects that will continue to transform the country’s urban environment. As part of the AVITAT series, the next installments of AVITAT DUO and AVITAT UNIQUE are scheduled for 2025, two developments that reinforce Inversiones Bolívar’s commitment to sustainable, functional, and purposeful housing. Likewise, within its Casa Line, it is preparing to launch its newest project in Colonia San Benito, in addition to other important developments in Nuevo Cuscatlán, Antiguo Cuscatlán, Zona Navarra, Opico (Redondel Claudia Lars), and Soyapango.
