Recently, with an investment of 120 thousand, AES CLESA executed the maintenance and optimization of the electrical distribution network in the Department of Santa Ana. With these works, AES CLESA guarantees the reliability and continuity of the energy service that serves 96,000 customers.

The energy company informed that more than 400 of its technicians attended nine of the main circuits that carry energy in Santa Ana and performed more than 700 maintenance tasks in the electrical infrastructure.

Additionally, qualified arborists from AES CLESA pruned more than 100 kilometers of tree vegetation to ensure that excessive growth of branches does not interrupt the energy supply and, at the same time, preserve the vegetation in a sustainable manner.

During 2022, AES CLESA invests 1.2 million in the execution of 11 projects to improve the quality of electricity service in the departments of Santa Ana, Sonsonate, Ahuachapán and La Libertad.

In this way, AES El Salvador accelerates the future of energy in the western part of the country, bringing optimal and safe electricity service to communities, businesses and industries.
