La Constancia, a leading company in the beverage industry and part of AB InBev, launches in El Salvador the new edition of its Talento Cervecería program, open for applications until april 4. Profile and application requirements
The call is open to young people from all universities in the country, with up to three years of university graduation or who complete the full curriculum by August 2025. The company is looking for talent with a proactive attitude, innovative mindset, and ability to adapt in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Analytical skills, strategic thinking and a good level of English are valued.
