Registration for companies in the region to participate in the Latin America and Caribbean Business Matchmaking Event: Connecting to the Global Market, organized by CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, will remain open until december 22. The event will take place on january 29 and 30, 2026, at the Panama Convention Center, as part of the Foro Económico Internacional de América Latina
To date, 543 exporters and 200 buyers from 35 countries in Latin America, the United States, and Europe have registered, reflecting the importance of this event and its potential to become one of the most significant business platforms in the region. Businesses interested in participating can register at https://www.matchmaking-forum-caf.com/
Participating business owners will have between 16 and 28 business appointments over two days, with 25-minute one-on-one meetings. One of the main advantages of attending exporters is that they will have the opportunity to meet with international buyers in one place without having to travel to multiple destinations. This represents significant savings in logistics costs and time, and an increase in business opportunities.

The Business meeting is open to all companies, primarily those in sectors such as agri-food, manufacturing, textiles and apparel, chemicals and life sciences, software and digital solutions, among others. Participation is free for business owners, who will only need to cover their travel expenses to Panama City. Discounts will be available at select hotels in the city to facilitate their attendance.

The more than 200 confirmed buyers come from countries such as the United States, Germany, Canada, Spain, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Guatemala, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Honduras, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Italy, Paraguay, and Bolivia.
The Latin America and Caribbean Business Roundtable: Connecting to the Global Market seeks to boost sustainable growth, promote regional integration, and generate production chains in an environment that fosters business competitiveness and the active participation of the region’s productive sector.
