The companies DATAPLEX and Patronic are moving forward in their process of preparing to obtain Certification as Trusted Operators from the General Customs Directorate, a recognition that will improve logistical efficiency, streamline procedures, and strengthen their position in international trade.
The process is receiving technical support from COEXPORT, through the Proyecto ATRACSI, which provides specialized advice to improve internal procedures, standardize controls, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. Foreign trade and legal compliance consultant Bárbara González Forastieri is participating in these visits to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen the operational management of the participating companies.

The Trusted Operator Certification has become a strategic tool for companies seeking to optimize dispatch times, reduce logistics costs, and increase their competitiveness in international markets. With more agile and reliable customs processes, exports can flow more efficiently, promoting economic growth in the productive sector.

This momentum is part of the country’s efforts to strengthen the capabilities of the export sector, modernize its participation in global value chains, and consolidate a more dynamic and competitive business environment. With this recognition, DATAPLEX and Patronic will be better positioned to expand their reach in international markets, contributing to the economic development of El Salvador.
