For the past seven years, the Sistema Fedecrédito has consistently supported the work of the Salvadoran Red Cross, reaffirming its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and the well-being of the population. This ongoing support has once again materialized with a significant donation to strengthen the work of first responders and lifeguards during the “2026 Contingency Plans”.
The donation includes first aid kits, coolers, canopy shelters, and various medical supplies that will be essential for pre-hospital care during peak travel periods such as Holy Week, the Summer Plan, and the Belén Plan. During these periods, the Red Cross deploys a nationwide operation with more than 1,500 volunteers and approximately 60 land and water-based service points to protect the lives and safety of thousands of salvadorans.

This donation demonstrates our commitment to standing by Salvadorans during their most important moments”, said Claudia Abrego, Communications manager at FEDECRÉDITO.
