All Walmart El Salvador locations are joining in the August Holidays celebrations with a special campaign that seeks to offer salvadoran families everything they need to enjoy this season with joy, tradition, and savings. The seasonal offering will be available in the company’s four store formats: Walmart, La Despensa de Don Juan, Maxi Despensa, and Despensa Familiar.
The campaign includes a wide range of products organized into three main pillars: Food and beverages to share at family and friends gatherings; ideal barbecue products such as select meats, fresh vegetables, and side dishes; and a general utensils section that includes swimming pools, fans, camping tents, coolers, and disposable items that make outdoor celebrations more practical.
Highlights include cuts such as pacho sirloin, churrasquitos, barbacoa ribs, American puyazo, and marinated wings in a variety of presentations. Cheese options, sandwich bread, desserts, and beverages such as soda, domestic and imported beers, natural and powdered juices, as well as sugar-free options will also be offered, ensuring variety for all tastes.

As part of their holiday offering, Walmart and La Despensa de Don Juan also invite their customers to enjoy “Sabores del mundo”, a special selection of products that brings the best of asian, italian, and mexican cuisines to their homes. This culinary variety will allow salvadorans to explore new recipes and enjoy different dishes this holiday season, with ingredients available in all formats.
From pastas, sauces, condiments, and tortillas to oriental rice dishes, marinades, and ready-to-prepare products, “Sabores del mundo” is designed to inspire families to create unique moments around food. This section will be located within Walmart and La Despensa de Don Juan stores, facilitating the shopping experience and promoting gastronomic diversity in salvadoran homes. The new flavor offering also includes a variety of utensils for preparing recipes originating from these countries.
The holiday offering is complemented by seasonal fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, pineapple, colorful chilies, and scallions, which add freshness and color to meals. In addition, there are general products that will allow families to prepare for gatherings, trips, or meetings.
