This decree established the Special Transitory Law that grants Facilities for the Voluntary Compliance of Tax and Customs Obligations, known as Tax Amnesty.
Taxpayers benefiting from this amnesty must take into account that the period to comply with their payment obligations is about to end. The deadline to make the payment of the outstanding installments is next august 8, 2024.
