The Ministry of Finance presented the new facilities of the Centro de Atención Exprés (CAE) in La Unión, as part of its institutional modernization plan. These renovated offices offer a modern and functional space to facilitate tax and customs procedures and other services to more than 224,000 taxpayers and users in the eastern part of the country.

Among the services available at the CAE are personalized counseling, issuance of payment orders, payment of taxes and procedures related to subsidies, providing comprehensive solutions to the needs of taxpayers.
The modernization of the CAE includes significant improvements in infrastructure, technology and customer service. This project is part of the Ministry of Finance’s commitment to bring its services closer to the population and optimize resources through innovative tools and accessible spaces for users.
In addition, the modernization plan includes not only physical remodeling, but also the digitalization of several services, with the aim of facilitating access to procedures and reducing waiting times. In this way, the Ministry seeks to consolidate an efficient and quality service for all taxpayers.
