The Ministry of Economy of El Salvador is actively promoting the entrepreneurial sector through its “Emprende 503” initiative. This platform seeks to strengthen and energize the ecosystem of startups and small businesses in the country. The minister of Economy, María Luisa Hayem, has been a key figure in the promotion of these new activities.

She recently announced a calendar of training activities designed to enhance the skills of entrepreneurs. These sessions, which are free of charge, will address essential topics for the development and growth of new businesses in the current context.

The initiative underscores the government’s commitment to innovation. The sessions will be held at the BINAES facilities, a space conducive to learning and collaboration.
The program includes a panel on “Entrepreneurship with few resources” on july 10, offering practical solutions to common challenges. This initial session promises to be a key starting point for many.
This will be followed by a panel on “Innovation Management Tools for Your Idea” on july 17, followed by a workshop on “Ideation and Validation of Your Idea” on july 24. These trainings aim to provide participants with the necessary tools to transform their projects into successful realities. The program is a valuable opportunity for growth.
