A total of 53 entrepreneurs of Micro and Small Enterprises (MYPE) successfully completed the Diploma in Digital Marketing, promoted by the Comisión Nacional de la Micro y Pequeña Empresa (CONAMYPE) with funds from the FANTEL program. The initiative sought to strengthen the digital capabilities of the participants to transform their businesses and improve their online sales.

The training program covered three key modules: e-commerce fundamentals, adapting the business to the digital environment, and the legal framework for e-commerce. It also included practical content such as social network management, virtual customer service, digital catalog design and digital marketing strategies.
During the course, participants developed their own commercial websites, learning how to register domains, configure hosting services, improve the user experience, and integrate secure payment gateways, allowing them to offer a more efficient and professional sales platform.

This edition corresponded to the 14th and 15th groups of the diploma course, and is part of CONAMYPE’s ongoing commitment to provide technological tools that improve the productivity and competitiveness of the Salvadoran MSE sector in the context of the digital economy.
With initiatives like this, the Government of El Salvador reaffirms its commitment to the digital transformation of small businesses, contributing to their sustainability, growth, and access to new markets through e-commerce.
