With the support of the European Union (EU) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), the government of President Nayib Bukele held the graduation ceremony for the “Women and Business” diploma, an initiative that strengthens the business skills of 126 entrepreneurs from 11 prioritized municipalities.
The program is part of efforts to promote women’s economic autonomy and business leadership, providing them with tools for the growth and sustainability of their productive projects.

The diploma included three training modules: Customer Discovery, Customer Validation, and Business Model, in addition to individual and group counseling that allowed participants to develop and consolidate their business ideas.

Throughout the process, the entrepreneurs received specialized technical support from @CONAMYPESV, focused on building and validating their business models, thus ensuring a solid foundation for their integration and growth within the national entrepreneurial ecosystem.

With this coordinated effort, the government reaffirms its commitment to the economic inclusion and empowerment of Salvadoran women, promoting local development through entrepreneurship and innovation.
