Crecer, the savings and investment expert, held its Eye Health Day this thursday, a free activity aimed at old-age and disability retirees as part of its Club de Pensionados Crecer program. The event sought to assess and address the optical needs of its beneficiaries, strengthening their well-being and quality of life.

The event included comprehensive eye exams, conducted through an appointment-based system that guaranteed a streamlined, organized, and personalized process. In total, more than 150 retirees registered for this edition and will benefit from basic corrective lenses and vouchers for lenses with special adaptations (UV filters, anti-reflective lenses, and others).

Since its first edition in 2009, this initiative has benefited more than 2,000 retirees, demonstrating Crecer’s ongoing commitment to its clients in retirement.

“The Eye Health Day is a demonstration of our ongoing commitment to our retired clients, seeking opportunities to improve their quality of life”, said Ingrid Rodas, Crecer’s Client and Brand manager.

The exams were performed by Ópticas Devlyn, a member of Crecer’s partner program, which also offers an exclusive discount to retirees on various services.

The day is part of the activities organized by the Club de Pensionados Crecer, a space that promotes the comprehensive well-being and socialization of its members.

Among its main activities are: medical and financial talks and practical craft workshops. Specialized courses taught by health and personal development professionals. Tourist buses and recreational excursions to national destinations. “We invite our retirees to stay informed through our social media and website about all the activities we have planned”, concluded Ingrid Rodas.
