Laboratorios Paill, a 100% salvadoran company dedicated to the production of pharmaceutical products with the purpose of contributing to the health and welfare of people and communities where it operates, through sustainability initiatives and in strategic alliance with the Fundación Empresarial para el Desarrollo Educativo (FEPADE), provided scholarships, supporting the academic training of children and young salvadorans.
The main objective of the “Edubecas” program is to stimulate the academic excellence of students through economic support, accompaniment through talks focused on mental health and counseling, to the children of the organization’s employees, to strengthen educational development and soft skills.
At FEPADE we work every day to strengthen education in El Salvador, convinced that it is everyone’s commitment. Together, we are opening opportunities and building a better country through education”, commented María Fernanda Mejía, FEPADE’s Institutional Relations Coordinator.
Paill, from 2017 to date and through Edubecas, has invested more than US$120,000 in the program, awarding more than 400 scholarships to 65 salvadoran students, who have had continuous academic accompaniment annually.
