The Government of El Salvador announced the opening of the third phase of the Doctors SV App, expanding access to the service for citizens between 41 and 50 years old. With this phase, the platform is now available to everyone aged 18 to 50, and according to authorities, it will soon be available to the entire salvadoran population.
The initiative is part of the government’s strategy to modernize and expand healthcare coverage. The Doctors SV App offers AI-assisted medical care, consultations, medication delivery, diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, mental health services, and other benefits, all free of charge.
The Government emphasized that this project continues to advance as one of the pillars for transforming the national healthcare system, with the goal of building, as they stated, “the best healthcare system in the world”, provided conditions allow.
