The mayor of San Salvador Centro, Mario Durán, participated in the launch of Casa 725, a 32-story tower located on Circunvalación Street in the San Benito neighborhood. The new residential project represents a major US$52 million investment that will bring development to the capital.

“This will be one of the most important high-rise residential constructions in Zone 3 of San Salvador and the entire country. This project will boost El Salvador’s economy with an investment of more than US$52 million and the creation of more than 2,500 direct and indirect jobs”, Durán said.

The mayor highlighted Inversiones Bolívar’s commitment to the city’s development and investment in the country for decades. This real estate firm executing the project is a pioneer in the market and was one of the first companies to invest in vertical development in San Salvador.
“I want to reaffirm my commitment to you and to the private sector to work” “For us, you are reliable partners in continuing to transform and modernize San Salvador”, the mayor stated during the laying of the project’s cornerstone.

The building, which will be completed in 2028, will have 91 two- and three-bedroom apartments and will feature amenities such as a Sky Lounge, paddle tennis court, gym, swimming pool, multipurpose room, coworking space, terrace, barbecue area, garden, pet area, and game room.

The launch event was attended by Diego De Sola, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Inversiones Bolívar; Oscar Cornejo, Executive Director of Inversiones Bolívar; Luis Rodríguez, Executive Director of the Oficina de Planificación del Área Metropolitana de San Salvador (OPAMSS); Miguel Kattán, Secretary of Commerce and Investment; and other special guests.
