The new Organismo Colegiado of Tribunal Supremo Electoral conducted an inspection at the Dirección de Organización Electoral (DOE), as part of the institutional processes aimed at modernizing the electoral system and guaranteeing transparency and efficiency in the 2027 elections.

This visit is part of the first stage of the Salvadoran Electoral Cycle 2024-2029, whose main objective is to evaluate and classify the technological resources, ensuring that they are in optimal conditions for the next five-year electoral processes.
During the activity, the Magistrate President of the TSE, Roxana Soriano, highlighted the importance of these actions: “We are in the pre-electoral stage, which demands meticulous and strategic planning. Our commitment is to direct all efforts towards more efficient, modern, and transparent processes, in view of the great Electoral Party that is approaching”.

The staff of various TSE units collaborated in a coordinated manner in the reordering of technological resources. Each area, based on their skills, knowledge, and experience, contributed to this work to guarantee an agile, transparent, and quality electoral process for the salvadoran citizens.

This action is part of the follow-up to the Special Examination that the Court of Accounts of the Republic executes at the request of the new Organismo Colegiado since october 2024, and in which the comptroller reported technological equipment, office furniture and institutional vehicles in a state of “neglect and abandonment”.

This initiative reflects the commitment of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal with modernization and excellence in the organization of elections, which reinforces the confidence of the population in democracy and in our institution as an electoral body.
