All these prizes add up to a jackpot of over $672,000.00 to be awarded in each drawing.
If one of these three main prizes is not won, its prize money rolls over to increase the first prize of the next drawing, making every wednesday even more exciting.
The Miércoles de Alegría are conducted under two independent systems that guarantee transparency. The lotería determines the prize amount, and the air chamber randomly forms the winning number, a process that gives players the chance to win thousands of dollars every week.
