El Salvador is preparing to become the epicenter of global surfing with the arrival of the Surf City El Salvador ISA World Surfing Games. This event, which will bring together more than 500 athletes from 60 nations, not only puts the country on the map for elite competitions but also strengthens its image as a sports tourism destination.

El Salvador’s Minister of Tourism, Morena Valdez, has highlighted the various strategies being implemented to enrich the tourist experience.
